I keep a stash of barn wood in my garage
just for last minute ideas like these.
I cut the barn wood the width of my frame
and nailed it into the back of the frame.
I printed my house numbers the full length of a sheet of paper.
(I use picmonkey for projects like this)
I covered the back of the number page with chalk.
Then, I flipped the page over and placed it exactly
where I wanted the numbers to be positioned.
I traced the printed numbers with a sharp pencil
to transfer the chalk to the barn wood.
these sharpie paint pens are a fav of mine.
I traced the chalked numbers with the white sharpie pen…
and…ta-da.
How did I hang it on my stucco house?
I hung a metal hook from the wood ceiling of my porch,
then hung the frame with rope.
