Did you see my bedroom turned walk in closet yet?
I love it. I could spend all day in here.
Do you ever feel like if your jewelry was right in front of your face, you’d wear it more often? Me too. That’s why I hung this vintage window screen directly on my closet door. That way, there is not chance I’m not leaving the house with a little something on!
I slid drapery hooks through the screen to hold the necklaces. I think these hooks are used for pinch pleat drapes. No pinch pleats in this house!
I used 3M Command hooks to attach the frame to the closet door.
I know many of you will ask where the frame came from? It was in a dumpster in my neighborhood. I spotted it for days, just dangling on the edge of the dumpster. I finally made my way over an plucked this baby out.
It’s the perfect shade of natural wood and I won’t need to paint it.
Perfect just the way it was found!
Head over here to see more of the tiny bedroom turned fabu walk in closet!
How would we incorporate ear rings to screen…I have many to match my necklaces n odd balls also…
You could just pop the earrings through the screen, or just attach a vintage teacup to the wood frame with a cup hook and drop the earrings in there.
